Green Roofing Installer
We install green roofing systems from the underlayment to the very top layers of sedum or whatever you choose to adorn your green roof.
We are Kemper certified: Kemper is perfect for green roofs as the systems are engineered to be waterproofed using liquid flashings which can waterproof any penetrations. Waterproofing is crucial for green roofs: plants need water!
Kemper is also highly recommended for eco-friendly roofs for green buildings as they’re made with 80% renewable resources including recycled fibers.
Importantly, depending on the system you choose, Kemper offers an overburden removal rider in case of any issues. This means that you don’t have to pay for the green roof (plantings, materials) to be removed in order to service the roof below, and then pay for it to be placed back on top.
